Our Rental Management Services include:
- The advertising and letting your property.
- The preparation of your rental contract.
- The collection of your rent and depositing into your account on a monthly basis.
- The organisation of any necessary repairs and maintenance on your rental properties.
- The supervision of any contractors working at your properties e.g. pool maintenance, gardener etc.
- The conducting of routine security checks of your property.
- The cleaning of property before and after the tenancy period.
- The preparation of your inventory list before the occupying and vacating of tenants.
- Paying the monthly tax on your rental income (currently 10%) at the tax office.
- The preparation and updating of accounts and communicating any necessary information to you and the retention of all the relevant invoices and bank statements.
Our Fees
For all of the above services, we charge a one off fee of 50% of the first month’s rental and a nominal charge of £10 Stg a month per apartment and £20 Stg a month per villa for ongoing management of properties.
Our fees are paid by the owner of the property when we find the right tenant. No legal fees are charged for the lease agreement; preparation of contracts is included in the service.
The lease agreement is signed by both parties, and at least one month’s rent and two months' security deposit is paid by the tenant.
Our lettings team can also help you to furnish your property, including air conditioning and white goods installation, to make your property ready for letting. We can make the necessary arrangements for your property fittings and also get you discounted prices from the local shops. |
