We will arrange for you to view the best properties we have available to suit your personal requirements, as discussed in full prior to your trip, with your Royal Estates Property Professional. We also feel it’s important to show you the surrounding area, points of interest and those important local amenities.
After you select your property, we will then take you, step by step, through the whole buying process. There will be no ‘hard sell’ approach, just an easy route to your dream home in the sun!
The Royal Estates’ North Cyprus Property Inspection Trip package includes: For all properties, 3 nights accommodation for two adults in a quality North Cyprus hotel, with transfers to and from Ercan, Larnaca, or Paphos Airport, to your accommodation – the cost of which will be deducted from your contract price.
For selected properties only, 3 nights accommodation for two adults in a quality North Cyprus hotel, with transfers to and from Ercan, Larnaca or Paphos Airport, to your accommodation, and two air fares from Europe or Middle East – the cost of which will be deducted from your contract price.
All you need to do is to book your flight and leave the rest to property people at Royal Estates!
What sort of Itinerary should I expect on my arrival?
Each inspection trip varies, as they are tailor made to suit the individual’s requirements. Itineraries may vary, subject to flight and arrival times. Day 1 / Arrival Day
Arrive in Cyprus, where you will be met at the airport and taken to your accommodation. On arrival at your accommodation, if time allows, you will meet with your Royal Estates Property Professional and view some properties.
Day 2
Following Breakfast, your Royal Estates Property Professional will collect you for a day out to inspect the area and selected properties, returning you to your accommodation at the end of the day for some rest and relaxation.
Day 3
Following breakfast, you will meet with your Royal Estates Property Professional to review the previous day and, if necessary, redefine your requirements. You will then resume your tour or revisit any of the properties that you consider might fulfill your needs. If you decide to go ahead, the afternoon is spent completing the paper work and arranging legal and financial details.
Day 4 / Departure Day
Finalise any outstanding details, after which you will be collected from your accommodation and taken to the airport for your return flight home.
Note: After you choose your property, if it is necessary, our after sales service team can take you to various showrooms to choose tiles, kitchen units / colour and all other household items included in the contract.
